Membership

 Any person qualified to be a member of this Association and paying prescribed ordinary membership fee may be admitted as Ordinary member of the Society. Further, Ordinary members are those persons, who are admitted as members of the Society as Ordinary Members on request, payment of admission fee Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only), annual subscription of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only), and are eligible and entitled to appear before the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal as per law established and as amended from time to time subject to the approval of the Executive Committee of the Society. The Executive Committee may revise the rates of admission fee and annual subscription from time to time and also lay down the rules for admission of Ordinary Members
